Mahachai Station

The terminal station on the south side of Mahachai Line.
Since the bridge to Tha Chin River was shelved, this station located on the east bank became a terminal station. There are many shops selling seafood around the station and it is bustling with people.
Station Facility
Ticket office, waiting room, dining room, pay toilet.
Platform
A ground station with two low-floor platforms and two railway lines. Retail stores and cafeterias that sell clothing, appliances, and food are available. The whole is covered with a roof, and it is a little dim on the platform.
Railway Market
A local market is along the rail tracks from the railway crossing in front of the station. Most of them are fresh foods such as vegetables, so they are not suitable for travelers.
Transit Information
Ban Laem station, the end station of the Maeklong line, is located on the opposite bank of the Tha Chin river. River boat pier is just a few minutes walk from the station. (It has almost no waiting time because two ferry boats operate alternately)
