
Maeklong Line
The local line independent of other State Railway of Thailand lines. This line is divided by the Tha Chin River into the Wongwian Yai-Mahachai section (East Line) and the Ban Laem-Maeklong section (West Line). In order to transfer, river ferry is available to cross the river.
MahaChai Line
Wongwian Yai-Mahachai section (East Line)
All trains are Japanese-made diesel cars, most of them are third-class trains (non-air-conditioned), but some are connected to second-class trains (cooled). As a line connecting Bangkok and the southwestern suburbs, it is crowded with commuters in the morning and evening.

Mae Klong Line
Ban Laem-Maeklong section (West Line)
The train runs 4 round trips a day. All trains are Japanese-made diesel cars, third-class trains (non-air-conditioned) only. There is a famous railway market at the final stop, Maeklong Station, and there are shops around the station.
